 * Signed up to premium. Not a single email or support message is answered. They
   read the emails.
 * There is no way to cancel the subscription but they also won’t answer any requests
   to cancel. They’ve been charging me for over 6 months even though I’ve asked 
   not to.
 * This seems to be an issue with ours as well.
 * I’ve contacted Freemius (their processor) who have not stopped the charges. This
   is pure fraud.
 * If you’re going through this too, call your bank ASAP!
 * The plugin also breaks the site and I’m forced to deactivate it from the file
   manager.

 * This is simply untrue. There is no user named “Akaii” in our support desk software
   and we’ve answered 98% of support emails in the last two months.
 * Furthermore, you can always cancel and request refunds from [https://users.freemius.com/](https://users.freemius.com/)
   which is linked in the email Freemius sends you when you sign up and is linked
   each month when they send you an invoice.
