Awesome plugin and amazing customer service

I transfered two WordPress blogs to a new host. Each blog had the size of approx. 200 MB, so relativly small. The transfer of blog no. 1 worked just perfect and without any problems. With the transfer of blog no.2 I created some trouble and didn’t find the issue. The support team was so amazingly friendly and helpful. They found the problem and assited me until it was solved, even though it regarded something which was not originated in the plugin. Thank you so much again! I think this is the most helfpful plugin in the world!
