Hi @alanjason
Sorry for the inconvenience. All our efforts over the years have been to be able to satisfy all our users, and so far we have answered the technical questions of free users in support of the premium version.
We use the HelpScout service to support and answer users’ questions. We have recently noticed that some emails (mostly icloud addresses) are sent to our spam folder! We are investigating the issue and due to the volume of spam, we are checking the emails one by one. I searched for “alanjason” to find your email but not found any result, So please send us a new email and we quickly identify and check it.
Regards,
Alimir
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
I really like your plugin but It’s been over 20 days. I hope you understand how it feels.
Anyway I have couple of questions.
1) Is it possible to display like and dislike buttons separately in a page, I mean in different position?
2) I understand that I can create another like button by giving it an unique ID, Now how can I display this unique ID likes in the user profile.
3) I understand that it is possible to create an template, well is it possible to add my now SVG to the template?
I have gone through the free version, blog and git. I’m impressed with the plugin.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
Alan

Hi @alanjason
You’re right. unfortunately we found out about Spam problem too late!
1- If you want them in a same row, yes you can do it with flex css positions! Otherwise, It gets a little complicated and you have to create a custom template for it. (There is also another way that you can add like buttons in all positions and hide opposite button with CSS)
2-How did you made the other unique ID?! It’s random number?!
3- Yes, But if you only want to change SVG icon, Have you tried our customizer options?!
Hello,
Thanks for writing back.
1) I see. Making a new template for like and dislike would be the better option. so, Is it possible to make different template for like and dislike.
2) Yes! It is random number. In my case it is 444. I have added this button on one of the images. so, Is it possible to display the user like* of 444-button on the user profile page. Similar to the liked posts list on the user profile.
3) I would like to add my own SVG icon. I have gone through all template icons on your site but I have couple of different SVG icons that I want to add to the custom template.

Hey @alanjason
1- If you follow pro template structures, yes it’s possible. (We will give you a sample for pro template)
2- Alright, getting list of user likes/dislikes is pretty easy. However we can’t find 444 ID as a row in wp_posts table, So there is no data for it! But if you want to use it for images, there is a better solution. Just try to insert attachment id for like button and then everything will much better.
3- Yes you can make it on your templates.
If you have more questions please send us a new support request. the spam issue has been fixed and all emails will be answered promptly now. π
Also, if we were able to satisfy you, we would be grateful if you could change your review.
Hey,
Good to know it’s possible. Will you help me to create like and dislike template with different Icons, so that I can display like and dislike button in different positions on the same page.
Can I use attachment id for the accordion block which does not include images. will I be able to display these on the user profile.
Best Regards,
Alan
