Azure doesn’t work

I recently changed from OpenAI to Microsoft Azure for the API. I added the Azure settings, but did not remove the OpenAI api key. When I was testing, I noticed my OpenAI usage was going up. I removed my API key from the OpenAI dropdown, and it said that I hadn’t put in an API key. I put it back in, and it’s working again, but I’m using the OpenAI API now. Is this because it simply did not switch to Azure (even though I have it selected), or did I put in something invalid? I’m using the Cognitive services multi-service account option instead of the Azure OpenAI Account option, does that matter?
