# Backend Behaviour

 * Hi there,
 * I’d have 2 question:

 * 2) How is then handeled in the wooc backend? So what if I send out the packages
   individually and not at the same time (e.g. if one package is out of stock)? 
   Is there a way to mark the order status as “50% complete” and to send out just
   ONE shipping notification email to the client? Since they are different packages
   they would also have to be splitted somehow in the backend, right?

 * Correct, that is all that is used. The functionality is built in, but I built
   the UI for those who are not as knowledgeable with PHP so they wouldn’t have 
   to hire a developer for the simple task.
 * I am not really sure I follow question #2. Are you using a plugin to split your
   orders when customers purchase a back ordered item? This plugin only separates
   the order, it does not deal with the order’s status or any other part of the 
   ordering process. The functionality is all done through WooCommerce, so I do 
   not know how it interacts with some of their plugins, but I do know that it is
   still very basic and hopefully will be expanded upon in future versions.
