# Backend doesn’t load

 * Hello,
 * We’ve downloaded the plugin but all of the tabs in the backend just doesn’t load.
   When you click on them it loads but doesn’t show anything at all.

 * We’ve tried incognito windows, different devices, different networks and also
   cleaned the databases.

 * This usually happens when there’s a conflict with another plugin that uses vue.
   js. You can go to Amelia/Customize, and disable “Use already loaded vue” slider.
   Then, clear your cache and test the plugin again.
