we’re aware of the problem and we already have this partially fixed. It’s a performance problem with the way the learning tree is loaded. The next update will contain several performance fixes. We’re hard at work to get this done for the next week.

Hi, I updated the plugin to Version 1.5.5 and it seems to be even worse now and we are getting page timeouts. Just wondered if you knew and if there was another update coming?

the update is coming, we’re in the testing phase right now and working out some kinks. There’s been some major changes with how we handle database calls that could potentially break things, that’s why we’re a bit cautious with handling this release. I hope you can bear with us a little longer.
As the newest update seems more buggy than the last one, would I be able to revert back to the previous version of the plugin without losing any updates and if so would you be able to send a link to the previous version of the plugin please?
Also I just wondered if you had any ideas how long?

i hope you are well. Like promised in earlier replies, we refactored most of the performance critical parts of CLUEVO. I hope one of the latest couple of updates fixed your performance issuses.
