# Background certificate image error

 * Hi,
    I installed plugin with certificates inside localhost and all works correctly.
   But now installed plugin on online website, and certificates can’t generate. 
   It returns this error: PHP Notice: Undefined index: result_id in /data/vhosts/
   sitename.com/myweb.sitename.com/wp-content/plugins/quiz-master-next/php/admin/
   admin-results-details-page.php on line 26 Warning: getimagesize([http://myweb.sitename.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/background-file-name.jpg](http://myweb.sitename.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/background-file-name.jpg)):
   failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 406 Not Acceptable in /data/
   vhosts/sitename.com/myweb.sitename.com/wp-content/plugins/qsm-certificate-1.0.0/
   php/fpdf/fpdf.php on line 1240
 * I added the image of the background inside Media library, copied the image URL
   and pasted inside field of certificate background URL. So same process made on
   localhost, on localhost background url was like [http://localhost/myweb.sitename.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/background-file-name.jpg](http://localhost/myweb.sitename.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/background-file-name.jpg)
 * I also tryed to add the certificate background image inside another website and
   set as background url but get another error
    PHP Warning: fopen([http://anothersite/images/background-file-name.jpg](http://anothersite/images/background-file-name.jpg)):
   failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 406 Not Acceptable in /data/
   vhosts/sitename.com/myweb.sitename.com/wp-content/plugins/qsm-certificate-1.0.0/
   php/fpdf/fpdf.php on line 1259
 * Also checked file permissions.
 * Now inside Result Details on Certificate, by clicking on Generate Certificate.
   
   I get this error page: Service Temporarily Unavailable The server is temporarily
   unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems.
   Please try again later.
 * Please help

 * The fopen error occur when using a url to a png image.
    Also tried to use a jpg
   image, getimagesize error occurs. QSM Logs: FPDF error: Missing or incorrect 
   image file: http:// mysite.eu/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/background-filename.

 * I am also facing the same issue on my site – I installed and put in the license
   key for the certificate add-on – but it won’t let me use any image as the background
   for a certificate. I keep getting this error.
