Hello @hazy23,
Thank you for reaching out,
To disable the space in the footer, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Footer Widgets and ensure to disable the padding on top and bottom: https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/904-customizer-footer-widgets#Padding-px-HC5Oc.
To disable page padding, go to Customizer > Pages & Special Pages and ensure to set 0 padding for the Content Padding (px) option: https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/899-customizer-pages-special-pages#Content-Padding-px-i7f_T.
I hope it helps,
Best Regards

Thank you Shahin!
This works for the footer. But there is still a grey area under the menu. Please check the homepage. The padding for the special pages was already set to 0.
Hello @hazy23,
Thank you for reaching out,
On your website, I saw that the styles are coming from the LiteSpeed cache system: https://ibb.co/Q3q5r97k
It might be due to caching, or it might not be.
So, first, check the relevant settings, which are explained in this article: https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/898-customizer-site-style-settings#Site-Layout-kC1LX:~:text=Boxed%2C%20and-,Separate.,-To%20select%20a
If it’s not there, you probably need to clear the cache completely.
Since you have a cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, in Elementor, please don’t forget to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools; and finally use hard-refreshing keys and recheck the issue. To refresh the page, please follow the steps explained in this link:
https://www.documate.org/automation/what-is-a-hard-refresh-how-to-do-a-hard-refresh-in-any-browser/
https://www.usmobile.com/blog/how-to-do-a-hard-refresh-on-your-browser/
To clear cookies, use this icon: https://postimg.cc/0rtp7SS9.
Summary:
Win: Ctrl+Shift+R
Mac: Shift+Command+R
Clearing all caches depends on the cache at the ISP, which might take time. Alternatively, you can check it on a device that you haven’t used to access your website recently or check your website on a guest browser.
I hope it helps,
Best Regards

Hi Shahin,
I checked it and made some changes accordingly.
I figured out that the grey area is the background color. On the home page it is noticeable because the section below is in a different color.
This means the section with the text on the home page doesn’t start directly under the menu. I would like to align the text area directly under the menu. It’s unclear why it doesn’t align since there is no section in between.
Thanks,
Hazel
