# Background Image doesn’t load (Botiga Theme)

 * Hi!
 * I have just installed the Botiga theme on my page but I am having issues with
   the background images as it does not load (a small icon and times new roman text
   appears next to it), the image itself loads perfectly but I cannot seem to be
   able to use it as a background image anywhere in the page.
 * HTTPs solutions were already tried but it did not solve the issue.

 * To help us better identify the source of the issue, I need more information.
 * In which area or section you added the background image? Can you provide the 
   detailed steps to replicate your issue?
 * Did you set the background image for the most top section in your frontpage with
   Container Block’s setting in the page editing screen’s sidebar? Refer to this

   Can you verify?
