# Background Image not saving

 * Hi guys,
 * Im hoping this is a fairly simple issue that can be easily resolved.
 * I’m trying to change the background image on my site, I’m currently using the‘
   Modularity Lite’ theme. I am trying to change to a new background now; however,
   every time I hit save, although the previewer shows the new background and I 
   can refresh it and it’s still there as saved, but when I view the site it still
   displays the old background.
 * I removed the old image and reuploaded it. Still the same issue. It allows me
   to make the change and hit save – but it’s not saving.
 * Im a free user so I don’t think CSS could be the issue.
 * I tried changing to a new theme and then changing back, when I went to change
   back to Modularity it displayed the preview with the new background image. However,
   as soon as I saved it and went to ‘view site’ it again reverted back to the old
   image. I have changed the header several times and that saves fine.
 * I have no idea what could be causing this and it’s really annoying!
 * Any help would be much appreciated!

 * Hi,
 * Try opening your site in a different browser (IE, for example). If the new background
   is there, then clear cache of your current browser. Or if you use WP Super Cache,
   then it might be using recently cached version of your site that still has the
   old background.

 * i hope you have cleaned the cache of your browser after saving image.
 * other thing you can try is disabling all plugins and then try saving the image,
   very last thing you can try is rename original image which gets reloaded everytime
   by logging in to ftp manager.
 * if this issue still persist please contact developer of Modularity Lite theme.
   you might have stumbled upon a bug.
