This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

Hi,
Can you change the archive split size to make the files smaller and more manageable.
To do this, open the ‘expert settings’ section of the UpdraftPlus Settings tab, and find the ‘split backups every’ option. Set this to 50Mb save your settings and run a new process.

Your backup jumps about a bit. This can sometimes mean the server is overloaded. Can you take a fresh backup and send us the log so we can see if this was a one off or if there is a bigger underlying problem?

I just checked and saw that it took the automatic backup with the following message:
” Last log message:
The backup finally succeeded (with warnings) and is now complete (Apr 18 05:02:45) “
I am also sending you the latest log file.

It looks like your log is generating a warning about low visitor numbers which can interfere with the way UpdraftPlus works.

UpdraftPlus can only make a backup when WordPress is loaded into Memory. This normally happens when someone visits your site.
Therefore you will need to set up an automated task.
Your hosting company will probably have a tool to set up a cronjob, or you can use an online tool such as EasyCron.
Please set the cron job to visit: /wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron every 5 – 10 minutes.

Thanks for the prompt reply.
I don’t think it’s a matter of visits, because I’ve had steady visits for years, but something is happening with the cronjob.
I will try with the EasyCron plugin.
The provider update was “There were no scripts folder as the cron job command set” , “Please do kindly setup the path first Sir” and …..

Hi,
Your log does suggest a problem with your site visitors (if the backup is scheduled for a time when your site has low visitor numbers then this can be in issue even if you do have high visitor numbers throughout the rest of the day)
