# Backup creation failed

 * Hello,
 * Backup migration failed at 1% with following error “BMI-FhHtwV2l-96294”. Trying
   to migrate to another websapce. Thanks!

 * Your debug code, tells me that the backup was cancelled by max_execution_time
   directive in your php.ini configuration.
 * We recommend to set at least 120 seconds, if you can increase it, please do, 
   but in any case you don’t have to do that below solution should be enough.
 * We have alternate backup method, that can bypass this limitation.
   Simply, follow
   below steps, there are also other things you can improve.
 * Please open first section of the plugin named: “What will be backed up?”
   Find
   subsection named: “Exclude by folder / file name (case-sensitive)”Here add these

 * Once you do that, please follow these steps:
    1. Go to “Other options” section

    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: [https://prnt.sc/1sljr31](https://prnt.sc/1sljr31)
    4. Save “Other options” section

 * When you do that, try to run your backup once again.
