BackUp doesnt work ?!

    I am using the theme ocean wp and yesterday at night everything works fine. Now I am not able to open my ZIPs anymore? What can i do ?

    Now I am not able to open my ZIPs anymore?

    from the log given, you didn’t have a full log, which means the job still running, so the backup file is not completed yet.
    Could you wait for the job completed then check the backup archive again?

    Thank you for answering so fast! I waited for about 3 hours and it never finished 🙁 I can find the backup file in “Backups” but when I download the file it starts really slowly and suddenly its finished but the files is only half big as shown in BackWPup. Then I try to open it with Winzip or Winrar and I get this message: ! C:\*********\2020-08-18_18-16-51_SAWQNRFK01 (1).zip: Unerwartetes Archivende. ( Unexpected end of archive).

    So in my opinion the log never completes. What next?

    hmm the backup files are located in wp-content/uploads/backwpup-*-backups.
    Could you please help me try to download the backup files directly using FTP client or any other file manager plugin?

    Also, please give me your server info too: BackWPUp -> Settings -> Infomation -> and press “Get debug info”
