Backup done in 0 seconds

I face a problem:

I back up to FTP, the backup runs for 1-2mins and then finishes saying done within 0seconds and my FTP remains empty.

Only thing I changed recently is the structure and loginname of the FTP-User used for the backup.

I checked this 10times now, created a new job and so on without any success.

I tested the same login credentials on another wordpresssite and it works like a charm. The site it isn´t working worked perfectly before, but I decided to split one user for all customer to different customers with different folders and as mentioned already the login works for sure and is 100% no typo or anything, also no error in the Log or whatever.

Well my logs are German but maybe you can take something from it

The FTP-connection is totally missing there. When I just add some wrong Data he try´s a FTP-connection and ofc gives back an error.

Any clue what reasons this could have? I changed the FTP user for 15sites now and only this one makes those problems. Even so I tested the Logincrentials on another page and that other page sends its backups on the FTP without any problem!
