# Backup Guard Interface Bug

 * Since the last Backup Guard update, I’m getting an issue with the interface. 
   When I go to Backup Guard in my WordPress admin panel, and click the Backup button,
   the window pops up asking if I want to do a full back up or just the DB, etc.
   I click the Full Backup radio button and then click the Backup button, and nothing
   seems to happen. The window never closes, and nothing updates in the window.
 * After a few minutes I clicked the refresh button in my browser, and lo and behold,
   there’s a new successful backup in my list of backups! So it seems like the backup
   process is working, it’s just the interface is getting stuck.
 * Looking forward to an update to resolve the issue. Thanks for the great software!

 * The problem you reported shouldn’t exist with the latest updates. Could you make
   sure you’re using the latest version?
    You can uninstall and install the plugin
   as well and let us know.
