# Backup Guard plugin gone missing

 * Hi all,
 * This might sound like the silliest thing but I installed Backup Guard in February,
   with a Silver subscription, and downloaded the plugin etc – all fine. I didn’t
   think about it again, presuming that it would alert me to any problems.
 * When I tried to update my version of WP today, it reminded me to check the backup–
   and the plugin isn’t there anymore. I’ve logged into the Backup Guard dashboard
   and my membership is there, but no site was linked to it. I don’t know how to
   reinstall the plugin without having to resubscribe.
 * Has this ever happened to anyone else? Am I being a complete idiot and missing
   the obvious (not impossible…)?

   your credentials were sent to you via email)
    * Navigate to “Products” section
   and download the Pro package * Login to WordPress and uninstall Free version 
   from your dashboard if it’s installed * Install the downloaded Pro version like
   described in the link: [https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/doc/install-backupguard-pro](https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/doc/install-backupguard-pro)*
   Login to BackupGuard plugin with the same credentials and complete authorization
