backup has been stuck at 45% for several hour

Hello Jetpack Support, my site’s backup has been stuck at 45% for several hours. I already tried disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack and checked the Action Scheduler queue (no pending or in-progress jobs are listed), so the issue seems to be server-side. Could you please mark the current backup job as failed and clear the queue so a fresh backup can start? Thank you very much for your help!
