It is inconsistent. Some sites, backup is attached to email fine; others, the zip file is missing. * It seems correlated to html formatting of the email. The emails that are plain text – the backup file are attached fine. * The emails that are html formatted have no file attached. * I have no idea why iThemes Security send me some email notifications in plain text and others in html format. I have not seen a setting for this. For me, I prefer plain text email. * I hope this bug can be fixed soon.
