# Backup process doesn’t start

 * Hi! I’ve installed the plugin on multisite, but it doesn’t work properly.
    What
   i’ve done: – Go to the plugin page ( /wp-admin/network/settings.php?page=backupwordpress)–
   Configure the settings ( set the execution period and exclude some folders ) –
   Start full backup (files and database). But the process failed shortly after 
   start and didn’t create any backup archive. There wasn’t any errors and the page

   Super Cache 1.7.0 Yoast SEO 12.6.2
