Backups dont work

    We have installed your backup plugin on all of our websites and now we need the backups of our site, because something broke. But now we see that your backup plugin dont work well, he dont backup all of our plugins. We have 22 on our site and when we download the backups then he only have 12. No matter what date he only have 12, how can you fix this because now we can’t use this…

    Hi,

    It is possible that the backup did not successfully complete.
    For us to check, please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi,

    It does show that the backup has successfully completed.

    Can you download the plugins.zip and extract the file. Can you check if you see all the plugins that are currently installed on your website?

    We already did this, we downloaded it from a few weeks but they all have 12 plugins, but we have 22 on the site, so it’s not all there. So i think we missed a lot. All the maps are small to.

    any update maybe? because the backup on all of our site still not work complety, they still backup some plugins and some don’t…

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

    UpdraftPlus should backup all the plugins, that is the default settings, unless you have to exclude some of the plugins from the backup.

    it did not, like i told it only did a few not all we have. We did not exclude some . we just enabled and setup the backup module.
