 * Hi,
 * I have a urget problem. After backing up a WordPress site, which worked without
   problems I needed to copy the very same Site to a different host. I could restore
   the backup and the site worked fine.
 * But. I cannot istall new plugins nor delete, rename or upload files via FTP that
   arre in subfolders in root.
 * Do someone know why. It seems a conflict with the permissions of files and folders.
   I am not sure whch OS is working on this host, but I heared that this errors 
   frequently ocurr with windows severs.
    But I have no clue how to fix this.
 * Can anyone help? Than you in advance!
