# BackWPup – Error 503

* Hi,
* I have a problem with one of my website. On the one server I have a 2 websites
and one of them is working with BackWPUp and the second one not. Both of them
are using cloudflare with the same settings. So i guess there is no problem with
the server byt something with the website or wordpress itself.
* When I try to Run Job, there is error:
* Not expected HTTP response:Status-Code: 503

* your server information that your wp-cron.php was not accessible( 503 Error )
* Please try to contact your hosting provider or Cloudflare and ask why the loopback
connection got blocked
* For a workaround solution, you can fix this by using another cron method.
modify
wp-config.php ( this file in your root directory ), and **before **the line: **/\*

Cron Off** Oh so you have enabled Alternative Cron incorrectly.
