# Bad Credentials?

 * I have been trying to fix this for days and it is killing me. This is what comes
   up in the error log. I have checked with my host to make sure the server is open.
   I have allowed less secure apps, and I have checked my password several times.
   2-step login is turned off on Gmail as well.
 * Please, someone, help me. I am running a KingSummo Giveaway plugin and none of
   my contestants are receiving the confirmation email.

 * Just to clarify:
 * 1. Are you using latest version of the plugin?
 * 2. Have you tried disabling all plugins BUT Easy WP SMTP and try again?
 * 3. Is your password having some special characters like `'"\/` or similar?
