 * I am making everyone aware that Creative-Solutions.net has provided me faulty
   software and has refused to answer any emails (including the developer) to rectify
   the situation.
 * I purchased the WP ContactForm software (personal version) and was able to install
   it and use it, but then my client wanted other features which were only available
   in the Pro version, so I upgraded/purchased the Pro version.
 * I was not able to save any previous form created with the Personal Version (developer
   flaw) and had to uninstall the Personal Version to install the Pro Version. Once
   the Pro version was installed, I still was not able to use the additional features
   that came with the Pro Version and was livid! I emailed Creative-Solutions.net(
   multiple times) about this and no response. I then created a login ID so I can
   post a question/comment in the forum with no result. I then emailed the developer(
   Simon) multiple times without response.
 * So I made 2 purchases with this company and not only did I lose my original form
   I created, but now I can’t use the Pro version because it flags a dialog box 
   indicating that I need the Pro version although it says I already have it installed.
 * BUYERS BEWARE! Legal action may be taken against this company/developer!
