• Using free version, several questions about pro version, need to know if it works in pro version before buying, because they have no refund policy.

    First question got a slow response after several days, then two qestions more and after 2 weeks no response. Sent again an email, again no response.
    Not recommend buying pro version, don´t know if it works in pro version, no refund policy, no answers.

    Buying other module.

    First of all we are answering to all emails and questions. Why on earth we would not answer to someone who is planning to buy our product?

    Then how exactly this review is related to the free SNAP plugin that suppose to be reviewed here?

    No, you´re not answering at all on email, yes here, but that´s because other can read.

    But you can close this topic, not buying at all your module.

    I’m closing this. If you promote the pro version in your free plugin we host here, you open yourself up to reviews of the upgrade process. In this case, the user used the free version, liked it, wanted to buy the pro, and was disappointed.

    That means this is a fair review.
