 * I see a number of people are having/had the same issue as me – your plugin removes
   all images but DOES NOT update hard-coded image references in posts.
 * Although your plugin doesn’t specifically say so, it does imply that it will 
   achieve this for novice users like myself.
 * I have over 1500 images embedded in posts from over four years and now they are
   all broken showing placeholders. I have no idea how to automatically update the
   references in all of my posts. You’ve effectively screwed up my entire blog.

    Back the thumbnail
   size configuration and regenerate all images. Just it!
 * Instead of changing the sizes of thumbnails, add a new custom size in your `functions.
   php`.
