# Bad plugin

 * On activation, the settings page is only asking to buy pro version. Big advertisement
   covers the whole page. No way to bypass it. Nothing in the Q&A section also.

 * I am sorry you feel that this is a good enough reason for you to give our plugin
   a negative rating/bad review. The real question is, does the plugin work? Does
   it do what is outlined in the features? The answer: yes it does!
 * By you simply not liking the “settings” page .. does this really justify for 
   a negative rating and a bad review? Furthermore, the plugin page (features), 
   makes it clear that there are no settings. Here you go:
 * “_No configuration, customization or coding needed. Simply plug in and leav_e”
 * The “big advertisement” you are referring to .. its nothing more but some text
   outlining what our premium version includes compared to the basic version.

 * I do respect your feeling that it’s bad to have a negative rating on something
   that you have worked hard for may be a long time I hope. But also consider from
   an user point of view, that when you download a plugin based on other users recommendation
   and words from the developer for a particular reason and the plugin cannot do
   that sole job, how that user is going to feel.
 * It is obviously a fault in my part that I marked it as a _bad plugin_ without
   giving a detailed reason. Let me explain it so that you may take further steps
   to make it better. I am developing a site for a teacher who records online video
   tutorials for his students. Till date he used to upload it to youtube and share
   it. Obviously it was not a philanthropic act – he used to take fees for the videos.
   You know very well that youtube videos can easily be downloaded even by a novice
   now-a-days. So I created the pages with _right click disable original_ plugin
   which used to protect everything on the page except videos. These videos are 
   embedded using _iframe_. I was searching for plugins / other methods to protect
   the videos against downloading. When I installed & activated your plugin, unfortunately
   it did not protect even a single object on the pages. Right click was working
   normally and each & every item can be selected / copied from the pages without
   any problem. At this point, I tried to find out the configuration / setting page
   which was not there.
 * One more thing I want to mention that the message you send me through Quora contains
   the following:
 * _I feel that your review is based entirely on your own personal “likes”. It doesn’t
   explain why this is justifiable for a bad review._
 * Don’t you think whoever is giving any review _good_ or _bad_ or _ugly_, it is
   always based upon personal “likes”? Can you justify anyone’s feeling by any logic?
 * However, my teacher’s project is still not yet complete. So if you can improvise
   your plugin to protect videos from being copied, I will be the first person to
   give it a 10 star. Wish you best of luck.
