 * Is the 8×8.vc free hosting service now throttling bandwidth? We now lose video
   and are getting a message about preserving bandwidth? This is new and wasn’t 
   happening for the first couple of weeks of use.

 * As it’s a free hosting service, there may be a traffic prioritization policy 
   in effect during high traffic periods. We have just checked, and at this moment,
   we have not received any such notification. However, please be aware that there
   may be limitations beyond our control, and there’s nothing we can do to adjust
   this policy from our end.
