# Basic – API KEY – Unauthorized Error

 * Great thing your plugin! I tried to use it and exaclty followed your instructions
   to setup the account. However, whenever I copy and paste my workspace ID, Usrname&
   PW from the deploy tab into your plugin and save – I get the Error: Basic – [
   API KEY] – Unauthorized Error.
 * I have WP in 4.8, installed and activated the plugin. Also I have so far a trial
   bluemix account – which I expande if the online integration works ;).

 * I located the Issues – I had in the API Call another gateway for my watson: [https://gateway-fra.watsonplatform.net/conversation/api/v1/](https://gateway-fra.watsonplatform.net/conversation/api/v1/)
   then specified in your api script of the plugin – any way to incorporate this?

   the feature to support different API URLs in the new update. Please try it out

 * Did you try changing the API URL in the settings page to the one provided to 
   you on the Bluemix Service Credentials page?
