 * I’m new to wordpress. I created a blog with a static header. I’m inviting comments
   from people. I’d like to automatically register them when they create a comment
   or perhaps make them create a username to make a comment. I’d rather do the first
   to make it easy. I need to be able to later send all users an email – in this
   case for a meeting. How do I go about it?

 * I found that somewhere looking at how to’s in wordpress but (stupidly I suppose)
   I can’t find settings.

 * ah. found it. I suppose I have to put in users must register or something like
   that.

 * So it now works so they have to log in to post a comment but gives them no option
   to create a logon. How do I go about that?
