# Basic availability mode does NOT ignore durations

 * Hello,
 * 1. (in the Booking rules screen): Even if I choose the “Basic availability mode”,
   which according to the description, should always pick the “Session average duration”(
   in my case 30 mins), the session is set to the sum of durations of selected services(
   30 mins for each in my case).
 * I need the duration to be always 30 mins regardless of the number of selected
   services or their durations. I tried setting their durations to 0, but I still
   get 1-hour session if I choose 2 services.
 * 2. In the bookings screen, would you make the field “Duration” editable? I know
   we can block some time after a reservation as unavailable, but it would be easier
   to just extend a booking if we know that we will need more time for a certain
   customer.
