 * Looking to not only translate the site into the Georgian language but have it
localized internally into Georgian. Years ago I had seen localization for languages
used, but now I can’t quite make out if it is achieved via a plugin or exactly
   how.
    Any basic tips?

 * WordPress has localized versions in many languages.
 * You can download and install WordPress in your preferred language. But even if
you download the default (en_US) version, you can still choose your preferred
   language during installation.
 * And if you have an **existing site in English**, you can easily switch to a localized
version from the dashboard by going to **SETTINGS => GENERAL => Site Language**.
Individual users can also have WordPress in their own language (the language
switcher is in the user’s profile settings).
 * As for translating the site’s content, you pretty much need a plugin to do that,
and there are quite a few out there: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/translate/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/translate/)

 * Thank you, that was exactly what I was looking for!
