 * I can find no basic instructions that tell me where to put data I want to have
   displayed once the map area is selected by the user. My use case is supplying
   a listing of native plants by county on a map of Wisconsin counties.
    Where do
   I put the data to be displayed once the user selects the county? Does it need
   to be entered through an interface, uploaded as a file or either? How is that
   data to be formatted? This seems to be the most basic of information about how
   the plugin works but I cannot find it anywhere.

 * Hello,
    We apologize for these difficulties. It seems obvious to us since we
   are the authors of the plugin.
 * Here is a screenshot from the pro version of the Wisconsin map plugin

 * And detailed explanations:
    - open the “Detailed settings” tab
    - Select the county in the drop-down list or via the “Choose on map” button
    - In the “What to do when the area is clicked” option, select “Show more info”
    - Add content as in a classic editor, or use any HTML code.
    - Click the “Save changes” button at the bottom of the page.
 * Also, the premium plugin allows export/import via CSV file. You can try adding
   data for one county through the plugin interface and then export it to a CSV
   file. This will show you the structure of the columns and can add data to the
   spreadsheet if it’s faster than using the interface.

 * Thanks for the prompt response. Someday you might pick up a copy of Zen and the
   Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, a cult classic from the 1970s by Robert Pirsig.
   In the first part of the book the main character recounts his experience as a
   technical writer for a manufacturing company that built barbecue grills. Shortly
   after reading the book I went to work developing training materials and later
   worked both as a programmer and systems analyst. That book taught me lessons
   that I carried the rest of my career. The rest of the book is a great read, but
   completely off subject for this message.
