# Basic layout help

 * New to WordPress and wondering if there are plugins/widgets that would do the
   following:
 * 1. Put a specific category of post on a page- tips and tricks for example
    2.
   Allow non-registered visitors to add a limited post to a page similar to a status
   update. This would be anonymous with no links allowed.
 * Any suggestions would be welcome!
