# Batch import

 * Hi,
 * Read a topic earlier that you are going to update the plugin with some kind of
   batch-importing. For example. We have 8000 users in the csv file that are going
   to be imported. You said that you are developing so it “splits” the file automatic
   with 10 or 20 users. As it is now the import process always stops/error. We can
   only import about 50 users at a time so we have to split the file into 120 files
   which is manually big work 🙂
 * Do you know when an update is coming for batchimporting?

 * I cannot tell you a date because I have a familiar issue and I have not much 
   time. Sorry.
 * While you can increase the limits (talk to your hosting) to solve partially the
   problem.

   more time available but I can’t give you any assurances either.

 * No, I have not been able yet. I have a business and little children and this 
   is a free project. And I have to do it really well because this plugin has many
   users… so it has to be done really well.
 * So I hope to have time soon but not sure when.
