 * hi I hope you don’t mind if I ask a bunch of questions instead of one by one 
   I have just batch uploaded and need to fine tune a few thins, please advise:
    -  I am batch uploading 690 entries. How are these able to edit their own accounts
      afterwards? I assume they need to register then their accounts will ‘attach’
      with their entry or is it some other method? TIA
 *  - Is it possible to output the age alongside date of birth?
 *  - How can I make a custom field for ‘nickname’, or can I re-purpose ‘prefix’
      for this purpose?
 *  - Where can i edit the permalink I wish to edit the ‘name’ in ‘[https://website.com/directory/name/john-smith/](https://website.com/directory/name/john-smith/)
 *  - How can i paginate the directory index it seems to be showing all entries.
      
      I am using elementor can I make a template page for directory index so I can
      edit the sidebar?

 * You will need the Link addon, here’s the link to learn more:

 * You will need to set up a workflow to allow your visitors to register on your
   site. You can use the built-in WordPress User registration feature or third-party
   plugins.
 * **RE: Is it possible to output the age alongside date of birth?**
 * Technically it is possible, but it is not “out of the box”. This would require
   a code change to the template you decide to use to display your directory.

 * I do not recommend repurposing the ‘prefix” field for this. Adding a custom field
   is the better way to add this. Here’s a link to a developer doc that explains

 * Admittedly this is more difficult than it needs to be. I am working on making
   this far easier.

 * My only advice for this, make sure not to choose a permalink slug that will conflict
   with any of the core WordPress permalink slugs and any custom post type slugs
   that the theme or other plugins may add.

 * All of the premium templates support paginating the directory results.
