Hi All – Paul (PG-FUN) here form the UK
I am still getting these fake orders and i am on v4.8 of WooCommerce
they are all as per

and from various IP address around the planet…
they are annoying
what can i do
other than what i am doing
cancelling them under orders and deleting them

As a workaround you could enable the option “Allow customers to create an account during checkout”. You can find this option by going WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts and Privacy .
Also, you could use a anti-spam plugin as Akismet or you could use the reCaptcha for WooCommerce for that purpose as well.
