# Beaver Builder not functioning properly

 * Hey Guys
 * I’ve recently started using Beaver Builder on 3 of my websites. It seems to be
   working fine on 2 of them, but the website [http://www.moregroup.com](http://www.moregroup.com)
   using the theme ‘Hypergram’ doesn’t seem to be using Beaver Builder correctly.
   I cannot create a custom page with the plugin as it won’t let me drop entities
   onto my page. Do you have any suggestions as to how I can make it work on this
   theme?

 * Thanks for posting!
 * Does it not work on any pages at all? Or just the homepage? I tried searching
   online but can’t find a Hypergram theme. Is it a premium theme? I’d like to do
   some testing with it on my local environment. 🙂

 * It doesn’t work on any of the existing pages, nor does it allow me to use it 
   properly on new pages that I create. It is a custom theme that was made by a 
   team that helped us migrate our website from a custom CMS. Unfortunately, I don’t
   have access to the theme files. Have you had similar queries before where a user
   could not drag and drop the rows and html boxes into the page? If so, how did
   you tackle it?

 * We do get that quite a lot but the underlying cause varies from site to site.
   Can you send us a note via hello [at] wpbeaverbuilder [dot] com with a link to
   this thread and we’ll take it from there? Just drop a reply here once done so
   I can check our mailbox and grab it. 🙂
