# Beaver Builder Plugin

 * I am using a form created by the Beaver Builder plugin. When testing the opt-
   in using Stop Spam email, it still goes through. Is this supported, or did I 
   not set something up correctly 🙂 ?

 * Thank you for your request.
 * Please, make sure that the option “Custom contact forms” is enabled:
    WordPress
   Admin Page —> Settings —> Antispam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the
   option “Custom contact forms” to “Yes” —> Save Changes.
 * It should solve the problem.

 * I had the option, “Custom contact forms” already set to “Yes” and I am still 
   getting spam opt-ins.
 * The option, “Protect external forms” however, is currently set to “No.” Should
   this be set to “yes” since the form ultimately gets sent to Infusionsoft?

 * Then yes, please, set “Protect external forms” to “Yes” as well if the form sends
   data to another website.
 * You can test the form with this blacklisted e-mail (log out from administrator
   first):
