Best Facebook auto poster plugin tips?

Hi there, we had a really good Facebook auto post plugin installed up until recently. I’ve deleted as the app was broken for our installation of WordPress. It started re-organising all previous post dates on my clients Facebook page. We installed JETPACK as an alternative but there is no customisation on what is pulled through from Blog to Facebook, e.g title and which meta/og content is used in the posts. So we’re really looking for a customisable auto share from the blog. Does anyone know of the best kept social auto post plugin available for WordPress. Any advice would be greatly received. PT.
