 * I love this form builder! There are two templates to choose from – Simple Contact
   Form and Suggestion Form. I can also create a form starting from a blank canvas.
   In each, using the basic version, I am able to add single line/paragraph text,
   drop down/multiple choice menus, numbers, name and email. There’s no limit to
   the amount of things I can include on the form. Other free form builders I’ve
   used there was a limit.
    In the Pro version, you can even accept payments and
   file uploads and a bunch more nifty features (totally what I’m switching to once
   my site is ready to go live!)
