 * I just installed this plugin and I got this message in my “installed plugins”
   page:

 * Login to your hosting account and rename the “plugins” folder temporarily to 
   whatever you want. This will de-active ALL plugins. You can then rename the folder
   back to “plugins” and turn your plugins on one after the other.

 * Go in via FTP to uninstall this plugin.
