    Hi Hector,

Hope you are keeping well and safe.

Today, a strange thing has taken place where WPP is drastically showing lower page views on my site. Usually, it can be between 600-1200 per hour (depending on time) but today it has not gone over 200 every hour.

Comparing it to my GA screen there is a huge difference.

Whereas my WPP screen looks like this:

I have not made any changes to anything. Therefore, am completely confused about why this is looking like this.

    My ajaxify is enabled:

Could you please advise/assist on what could be the issue?

    Many thanks
    Indy

    Hi Hector,

Since my last message, I have found that this is connected to the Nitropack cache interface.

I de-activated their plugin and WPP started to clock views again.

However, this is now a major issue because they agreed that switching the Ajaxify widget to ‘enable’ would bypass them. However, now, when nitropack is on (which is very essential for speed and performance), views to my posts are not being counted by WPP but are by GA.

    Here is the site URL:

Please advise of anything that can be done on WPP?

    Regards,
    Indy

    Hi @indyparker,

Yes, caching can have an impact on the accuracy of data collected by the plugin (among other side effects, that’s not the only one.)

Please check these two links for more details and possible workarounds:
