The shopengine template creator calls is_on_sale() when opening a template on an element that is not a product, causing php error, and elementor crash. Support’s response? Close the topic and delete the messages instead of listening to the community to resolve the issues in their topic. * The only way to correctly create a unique product template and be able to modify it later is to tinker with their plugin.
