# Big problems after installing JS & CSS Script Optimizer

 * Hi,
    I’ve installed JS& CSS Script Optimizer and now the whole web page is not
   working. I get some kind of directory wp-content/uploads/spacker-cache when I
   go in the webpage.
 * I’ve database and full site backup, I’ve recovered them, deleted the plugin and
   the problem remains.

 * It sounds like your backup was taken after the the plugin was installed. Do you
   have file & database backups taken before the plugin was installed?

 * In your original post you mentioned that you restored the backup & deleted the
   plugin – this was what was confusing me.
 * There may be a way to remove all traces of the plugin. Perhaps uninstalling the
   plugin leaves stuff in the .htaccess that needs to be manually removed – posting
   in the plugin’s own forum will give you the best chance of getting a reply from
   someone who has been successful in doing this.
