This plugin has very big security problem. Patchstack said me that this plugin has major vulnerability. I see other people with same problem but support says it’s not their problem and it’s not a security issue. Instead of solving their own problem they just ignore and let websites vulnerable and get security notification. Terrible support avoid this plugin at all times!!!!!!!!!

    Hi @phoenix36 ,

We’d like to clarify that all known security issues have already been fixed in the latest version of the EazyDocs plugin. Our development team actively monitors and resolves any potential vulnerabilities as soon as they are reported.

In fact, if you can demonstrate any security issue in the updated plugin, we are happy to reward you for bringing it to our attention. That’s how confident we are in the security of our product.

As of now, there are no active or confirmed security vulnerabilities in the current EazyDocs release. We take security and user trust very seriously, and spreading incorrect information can be misleading to other users.

We encourage you to verify your findings and update your review accordingly.

Hello, this issues is reported by https://patchstack.com/database/wordpress/plugin/eazydocs and https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/wordpress-plugins/eazydocs. plugin does not have good trackrecord of issues and is up to plugin authors to fix this.

We take security seriously, and clarity matters. All issues reported by Patchstack for EazyDocs have been fixed in the latest release. We’re also shipping an immediate update tomorrow addressing the newest, low‑risk finding. WordPress security standards evolve rapidly, so even large, widely used plugins get flagged over time; what counts is fast, responsible remediation. For perspective, Patchstack lists multiple historical entries for popular plugins like LiteSpeed Cache, which remain trusted because issues are promptly triaged and resolved. That’s the bar we hold ourselves to.

Thanks for helping keep the ecosystem secure.
