 * Hello !
    I have a problem with the templace Bionic Jive, indeed, the contain 
   of the page footer.php does not make accentuated charachers appears properly.
   This is very important for me because my weblog is in French… How can I do? Is
   this a problem with CSS or HTML in footer.php ? Please help me. I’m lost. THanks!

   reflect the character codes of your “language”?

 * utf-8 is OK for every language. NO need to change anything. Usually this problem
   is caused when the template files are edited in a text editor that doesn’t have
   utf-8 support.
