# BitNami WordPress Stack Migration URL Issues

 * Hello,
 * After an awful experience trying to enable multi site on my already-posted site,
   I started from scratch with a BitNami WordPress Stack install and successfully
   enabled the multi side mode when it running on localhost.
 * I then used the Duplicator plugin to try to push it to the live server (after
   deleting everything else out of the root directory). It would install the package,
   but when I went to [http://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin](http://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin),
   it would redirect immediately to 127.0.0.1/wp-admin in every browser.
 * I attempted to to update the URL in
    –WP-Config (the main url had been changed,
   but the multi-site url still was 127.0.0.1) –WP_Blog table –WP_Options table –
   WP_site table.
 * Now when attempting to go to my site, I get “Firefox can’t find the server at
   http due to the url rendering as “http//www.mysite.com/”
 * I’ve checked and double-checked all tables and files and the url in each of them
   is [http://www.mysite.com/](http://www.mysite.com/)
 * I’ve got 5 hours into this mess so far. Any help is very much appreciated!

 * Ended up going back to the traditional format of enabling multisite. For some
   reason, the copy/paste of the
    `define('MULTISITE', true);` was screwing up the
   wp-config.php file. I hand-typed it in, no problems. 6 hours and finally done!
