# Bizarre Post order Problem

 * I was trying to add a post. I entered “save a draft” and got an a message saying
   that editing the post had failed. After this error, my blog started displaying
   in chronological rather than reverse chronological order.
 * The blog is at bobchatelle.net.
 * I’ve emailed my hosting services asking them to restore my files from their backups.
   But I’d like to avoid this problem in the future.
 * Has this happened to anyone else?

 * Well, my blog is working again but I’m not sure I would call the problem resolved.
   A while ago, I installed postmash. I never used it, but thought I might at some
   time. It caused no problems until I got the weird error message. But I disabled
   and unistalled it and my posts now display in the proper order.
